The survey is designed to help the Bregman Vet Group improve their services for both you and your pet. You will be asked to indicate the day of your visit, your name and your pets name, in addition to the Bregman Vet Group location you visited and the Doctor who cared for your pet.
Next, you’ll be asked to rate your initial telephone contact with the hospital as well as the cleanliness and comfort of our facility and exam rooms.
The remaining questions include “were you able to schedule an appointment time that was convenient for you?” “Who greeted you when you arrived?” “How long did you wait before you and your pet were seen by a doctor?” “Was your pet’s examination thorough and to your satisfaction?” “Did the doctor explain the tests and recommendations in a manner you were able to understand?” “If your pet was admitted to the hospital, were you given an estimate for the goods and services to be performed?” and “How would you rate the quality of care your pet received at our facility?”
Last, but not least, you’ll have the opportunity to leave additional comments and/or suggestions for The Bregman Vet Group in the comment box.
